I think itâs in part the same mindset as McVeigh. They were amped up by their bubble to believe they are the âsilent majorityâ and if they just took the first stand, the rest of their hidden allies would rise with them. They donât understand how to step back and really look at the world around them and see how much of a minority they are. They were convinced that if they acted, others would step up and the movement would snowball until they could take control (though one wonders how Whitmer became the governor in the first place in that case).
Or they just didnât plan for the next step after kidnapping/executing her. Thatâs possible too.

My prediction is that the current state of Republicanism, such as it is, doesnât have a problem with guys on THEIR side wanting to kill cops, just with the folks on the OTHER side who they (the aforementioned Repblicans) claim want to kill cops.
As a fârinstance, if a LEO is injured, or even shot at without injury, at a BLM protest, the right-wing noise machine will spring into action claiming âAntifaâ wants to kill cops, even if A) no shooter is ever identified or B) the shooter turns out to be a right-wing militia member using the otherwise-peaceful protests to advance their own cause(s).
However, I seriously doubt Hannity is gonna devote an entire episode of his hate-fest to denouncing these domestic terrorists in the name of âBlue Lives Matter.â To the contrary, my hunch is that IF they get mentioned at all on Fox, it will be in the service of trying to minimize these clownsâ actionsâŚ
