For someone to receive a nomination like this, but not have drafted, filed and argued countless motions in limine themself before countless judges is LITERALLY an outright and brazen attack on the basic foundations of our justice system and judicial branch.

And here is the person behind this incompetent boobs.

Part of the reason this keeps happening is that Trump is nominating judges at a breakneck pace without taking the time to thoroughly vet their backgrounds. That’s leading to problems later in their confirmation process, as senators discover more details about their background. Many of Trump’s court picks are being funneled to him by the The Federalist Society, a right-wing legal organization focused on filling up courts with conservative judges.

Kennedy is one of few Republicans critical of Trump’s judicial nominees, saying at one point the president is “getting some very, very bad advice.”

This performance of his is so atrocious that he should be fired from the election commission as well. He’s an incompetent boob who belongs practicing family law and covering petty criminal hearings in a rural area.

I’m going to have to disagree on the latter part – family law and rural criminal matters (even petty ones) are still way too important for this chump to handle.

He should be restricted to fighting speeding tickets. And even there you’d have to keep a close eye on him for malpractice.

I watched this last night. It was simply absurd. OTOH A slim majority of people (Electoral College) felt that OTJ training was fine for Donald Trump and the Presidency of the United States of America, so I suppose this guy felt that he could do the same with a lifetime appointment? /s
