For the kajillionth time since Trump rode the escalator down to the applause of a crowd of people paid to applaud, I have to say there’s no sense trying to point out the inconsistencies that suggest this is false. It’s obviously false. It’s laughable. And I’m sure any independent authority investigating this transaction will get a chuckle out of it and then suggest to Mr. Cohen that he shut his idiot mouth before he gets himself in worse trouble than he’s already in.

The more I think on this sordid affair the more I think Melania should divorce this buffoon. ASAP. Their son Barron came along just about the time donnie played around with Stormy. The mental image of a husband fooling around with a porn actress while he has a pregnant or new mother at home to me is anathema. Time for banishment in the medieval sense. But that’s just my feelings… obviously trump pays no attention to any promises, vows, or oaths. Even presidential ones. The only time he does is if there’s personal credit to be had.

Unless the money was in exchange for services rendered directly to Cohen (he paid the money out of his own pocket) then either Cohen or Daniels would owe taxes on it as a gift. Cohen would also have had to report the disbursement to Daniels as a gift, and I assume provide her a 1099 or whatever form accompanies a gift in excess of $14,000? It would be interesting to know if both parties to the payment followed relevant IRS statutes throughout and after the transaction.

I pity her about as much as I would a football player with unrestricted signing privileges voluntarily joining the Cleveland Browns. Later on when it became apparent to him he had stepped in a pile of shit it would be hard to resist pointing out he had 31 other teams he could have signed with, and the Browns’ ineptitude was known before he effed up.
Melania had plenty of information at her fingertips about Trump’s various pathologies and bizarre habits to know better than marry him. Frankly watching her squirm is a pleasure.
I hope she’s as miserable and depressed as a Calcutta hellhole slum denizen.
