Withdrawal seems to be Trump’s go to move. He has spent most of the last two years withdrawing: From the TPP, from the Paris Climate Accord, from UNESCO, from the UN Human Rights Council, from the Iran nuclear deal, and now from the Universal Postal Union. Trump has done so much withdrawing that it’s surprising that he has any children at all.
