Discussion: Report: Investors Of Kushner-Linked Projects Subpoenaed

Apparently the answer is yes - go figure.

I can also tell you for certain what “shadowy” investors of any ilk definitely do not like: a subpoena from the feds (or really, anyone)…

No.

It would be a shame to miss the opportunity.

He’s slicing the “Target vs. Person of Interest vs. Unindicted Co-Conspirator” bread awfully thin.

I am not a federal criminal lawyer, but my impression is that the defendant generally does not receive a target letter until the investigation is in the end stages and indictments are imminent. If true, the absence of subpoenas directed to Kushner or the family business would not demonstrate the non-existence of an investigation.

Thinking about immigration ‘debate’ and Kushner ‘business practices’

-Seems Trump’s push to reduce legal immigration is related to Kushner’s interest in offering visas to ‘investors’? Supply goes down, price goes up?

The statement seems to be taking great pains to specify that “Kushner Cos. is not under investigation.” That begs the question as whether Jared as an individual is.

Facts passing in the night.

With as much debt as Kushner has there is also the possibility he is being blackmailed. Perhaps by the Russians.
