Trump can try to fire Mueller. Mueller can then laugh in Trump’s face and tell him that he can only be fired by Rosenstein for cause, and cause is not the shit being flung by the rabid Trumpanzees in Congress or on Fox. Mueller has a Bronze Star for rescuing a fallen comrade under fire in Vietnam. Apparently Trump and his mobs are clueless enough to think that they can make Mueller flinch.

If Trump enables the firing of Mueller, it makes him look even more guilty conspiracy, coverup, and obstruction. He apparently does not see that or chooses to believe that if Mueller is gone it gives him a clean slate. Or he does not care?

I hope you all can see the pattern here, the parallel structure with Trump’s attempt to undermine the NFL by using the players to turn the management against labor and “turn the ship in his, Trumps direction”. His trashing the FBI follows the same pattern, but is far more sinister because he has his people, Sessions et al in command of the ship. Trump in both cases has tried to manipulate the current of public opinion in his favor. We must be on the lookout for these egregious and facistic manipulations because they will take place over and over, just like ‘fake news’. Our nation is at risk when the dictator tries to turn public agencies to his own use. If successful, there will be no institutional barrier to MASSIVE corruption both financial and civil.

Of course, it should be shut down, it is based on a phony dossier. But politically speaking, it should be kept going if for nothing else than to limit criticism when Mueller’s investigation finally whimpers to an end as well with no impeachment material. With a growing Clinton investigation getting underway, the Schiffs of this world can’t say it was because the House Intel probe was shut down prematurely.
If they shut down the investigation of russian meddling, their entire political party will be co-conspirators of trumps treason WHEN the evidence is found!
