This has an ISIS signature all over it. It may not have been an ISIS-type operation, but If it was ISIS, Obama’s comments - and those of many TPMers - about gun control laws - will strike most Americans as wholly inadequate, if not wholly inappropriate and uncomprehending. If this was ISIS, it changes everything, and - as someone who voted for Obama twice - I’m not convinced that he has the ability to lead the country through this perilous time. The people will demand revenge, and will have every reason to do so. Can Obama handle that? Can he take military revenge? Bomb ISIS facilities to rubble? Can he round-up ISIS supporters here in the US? Can he level with the American Muslim communities? If he can’t do these things, he will be electing Donald Trump president-- or worse. Of course, maybe it was “just” an awful personnel dispute or a right wing nihilist, as MSNBC continues to insist. We should be so " lucky".
