Discussion: McConnell On Trump Camp: 'I'd Like To See A More Studious Approach'

Perhaps he prefers being Senate minority leader and he’s conniving to regain that position. After all, as Senate majority leader, he’s under great pressure to accomplish…

Nah, I can’t write such silliness. McConnell has less pressure on him than a flat tire. He could be stone cold dead and get more work done. (Perhaps he is)

Trump policies ??? Are you that dense. Trump has no consistent policies. He will tell whatever crowd he is in front of everything they want to hear and then retract those comments. Sometimes during the same event. He has no moorings. He is a con man. The rubes lap it up but the middle electorate I believe will not vote for this chameleon.

McConnell suggested that Trump speak more from written remarks and that he give more details on his policy positions.

And if those written remarks and policy positions just happen to sound a lot like Yertle’s, so much the better, eh, Mitch?

McConnel seems to miss the obvious - blanks are Trump’s policy

On the flip side, from what I’ve heard about at least two pieces of sealed testimony, Don the Con apparently doesn’t stop with kisses.

Thus begins the whitewashing of Hillary Clinton’s win in November. Just like GWB “was never really a conservative” has become the whitewashing of 8 years of failed (and almost catastrophic) conservatism, watch as Hillary Clinton in the White House becomes “a lesser of two evils because our candidate wasn’t a true conservative” to dodge the fact that the Republican party is an abject failure of a way to govern or instill confidence in a people.

Mitch, your party is shit, and so are you. That’s why Trump exists as your party’s nominee.

The great thing about blanks is other people will fill them in for you. So you never really need to commit to anything.

Tramp is just following in the footsteps of the other great conservative entertainer Saint Ronald Reagan and that compassionate (ha ha, lol) conservative clown George Bush the Dumb Torturer.

On a day when a Trump spokesperson accuses a federal judge of being a “Mexican” (a sort of slur for Katrina) and his campaign courts the Amish vote, McConnell wants a “more studious approach” from Trump…

It is to laugh.

It’s not a popularity contest, any more that it’s not a tv show.

It’s about choosing a president, based on who is the Democrat.
