Discussion: Kobach Sanctioned By Court For 'Deceptive Conduct And Lack Of Candor'

That may be inevitable, if Trump’s house of Russian Cards collapses sooner than later… Even if it takes a whole term, Kobach’s fortunes are bound to Trump’s trajectory, and when it sputters out and starts falling back to earth, Koback’s got nowhere to move, he’s just too exposed.

Like Sessions,. Trump will be the end of Kobach’s political career, there’s no extricating themselves from the Trump curse when the Orange Zeppelin crashes.

You just have to ask…What does Kobach know about the SOS level information the Russian hackers used to target specific voting districts?

Ask two questions… which state level Secretary of State regardless of which state, was closest to Trump?

Where is Trump’s digital expert from?

The sophistication of Russia’s feeler-hacks on 22 state level election systems, and their dabbling in very specific DEMOCRATIC counties demands an explanation,

How did they identify those very specific counties and districts? The knowledge of their importance and their positiioning was state-level information.

SOMEONE FROM AMERICA AT A VERY HIGH LEVEL OF STATE GOVERNMENT WITH ACCESS TO CURRENT PRIVATE INFORMATION HAD TO HELP THE RUSSIANS WITH THEIR HACKING!

Kobach’s problems go WAY deeper than this little event. But this alone may unwind his vain ambitions about being the governor of this struggling
state.

Kobach has been so useful to Trump, I can see him named Ambassador to Pissy-Corrupt-Little-Far-Off-Place as a consolation prize.

Poor Beauregard…

Can these fuck heads ever play it straight on any issue? What would they do without lies deception and slight of Hand? When will people just get sick of this serial aberrant behavior and elect reps that reflect their interests?Isn’t Kansas fucked up already from the half assed policies of the current Governor with out considering this immoral dick for that position?

A $1000 fine just isn’t enough considering the lies, deception, and falsehoods this man has told.

He’s a Republican and he works for the US and Russian Oligarchy - let it go. The rich must get a free pass whenever and wherever they need it.

The US Democracy is DEAD! The US Voting system is rigged: gerrymandering, voter restrictions on the commoner’s, Russian control, a SCOTUS that is Republican and gave Bush his 1st term, and totally corrupt and rigged Electoral college that proved itself obsolete with Trump and what they were told about the Russians and they ignored it.

The US voting system is bogus…rigged for the rich. That means the US Democracy is dead!

Is Kobach popular there? Or is there a less disgusting Republican who could beat him in a primary?

He’s popular here because people are regressive.

I would not be shocked if he wins the Governor’s race

That is why I could never be introduced to Cheetolini; I will feel a need to hit him in the face. Could be awkward for the Secret Service.

Of Jerry DeLemus, his former NH campaign worker.

To them something like this is a badge of pride, shows they’re really “outlaws”.

A background proposition: for the coming period membership in or sympathy with the Federalist Society is likely to be the litmus for Republican nominations to the Federal bench.

This is not all bad: the Constitution of the United States is one of the great achievements of the human mind and of human societies. Your problem comes with the cynicism, weakness, and willingness to act out self-righteousness from fear on the part of people who claim to follow it.

People who follow the Constitution, no matter how conservative, can’t do a whole lot of evil. American “conservatives,” frat-boys, and authoritarians, flying it unread as a war-banner, can do a great deal.

The five-four vote that put Dubya in the White House costs hundreds of thousands of Iraqis their lives, and that little bit of wickedness isn’t over yet.

Federalists and Constitutionalists need to be kept to their claimed ideals, not allowed to use them as club mantelpiece decorations.

Not that tough.

It’s only insane if you don’t try to get inside the heads of the women who did it. I’ve read their first hand stories of why and it’s insane when viewed from our standpoint but not to them at the time. 1700 years of it.
