The idea that any accident can occur when a firearm is involved is a fiction, and our laws need to change to reflect that.

When you carry a gun in public, it is because there is an intent to use it. Why else carry?

It is the same reason why armed open carry psychos can’t be considered non-violent in any rational universe.

We need to change the law to erase the fiction that there are any accidents when a firearm discharges. The owner of that firearm bears 100% of the liability simply for introducing the firearm into the circumstances. There is no moral difference between dropping the purse, and if this bitch had taken aim and intentionally shot her toddler in the face.

The Gun Nutz™ are always reminding us that guns don’t “accidentally fire,” so we can only assume that this woman meant to shoot her two year old daughter in the face.

I’d say “lock her up,” but we don’t do that for shootings. We only do that if people use the wrong restroom.

aren’t guns required to have any type of safety mechanism to prevent accidental firing?
just imagine that there are tons of people walking around with loaded guns that could
go off at any time. that’s a huge public safety risk.
